Sponsorship & Administration
The PlayWell RGEM Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission (“MGC”) and is administered by The Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health (“MACGH”).
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Massachusetts who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of MGC or MACGH and members of their immediate households, may not be eligible to participate.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the PlayWell RGEM interactive Odds & Outcomes ranking game and submitting the entry form presented upon completion of the game.
To enter, participants must provide:

Participation in the PlayWell RGEM game is free. No purchase, payment, wager, or monetary consideration of any kind is required to participate in the game or enter the Sweepstakes.
Multiple entries are permitted. Each completed game submission accompanied by a completed entry form will constitute one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Participants may submit multiple entries during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prizes
Twenty (20) winners will each receive one (1) PlayWell duffle bag.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $75
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,500
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted.
Limit one (1) prize per person. If a participant is selected more than once during the random drawing, only the first winning entry drawn will be eligible for a prize, and
an alternate winner will be selected for any additional winning entries.
Winner Selection
Twenty (20) winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by MACGH on or about October 1, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided at entry.
Selected winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification attempt. If a selected winner:
Cannot be contacted;
Fails to respond within seven (7) days;
Is determined to be ineligible; or
Declines the prize;
the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Prize Fulfillment
MACGH will coordinate delivery of prizes directly with confirmed winners. All prizes are expected to be distributed on or before December 1, 2026.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes, winner notification, prize fulfillment, and related PlayWell and MACGH communications, in accordance with applicable privacy practices and laws.
General Conditions
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of MGC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
