Mark uses his strong communication skills and sports betting knowledge to educate patrons, no matter where they’re at in their game or journey.
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management, Mark had a stint in property insurance adjusting and worked in retail management. He’s been able to take his calm demeanor and ability to talk with anyone into his PlayWell role.
Mark’s from outside Springfield and is a member of PlayWell’s Plainridge Park team. He also speaks fluent Portuguese.
